1.2 JamSkin.com is not responsible for the content of the user’s submissions, we reserve the right to remove, replace or edit the submission that deems abusive, defamatory, obscene or in violation of copyright or trademark laws or otherwise unacceptable. JamSKin.com reserves the right to request the authorization or confirmation of the submission.
1.3 Users are responsible for all the images or photo submissions to JamSkin.com. JamSkin.com reserves the right to suspend production, shipment or refund until such dispute has been resolved. JamSkin.com should disclose user information to the rightful owner of the material, related associations, related companies or governmental organizations. JamSkin.com will not refund your customized purchase but we will send user a credit that will allow user to choose one purchase in the same category.
1.4 User should be responsible for the infringement even thought JamSkin.com already delivered the product to the customer. Users are required to own the right to or to obtain permission to use any image before it’s uploaded. 3. User Responsibilities
User agree the terms of using the site, and responsible for the account setup on our system. JamSkin.com reserves the right to cancel, delete or suspend the account if any abusing activity or misconduct the account usage causing losses or damages to JamSkin.com. JamSkin.com should not responsible for any consequences if the account owner, or any other person accessing the service using your personal account.

5. Limitation of Liability

6. Miscellaneous
6.1 JamSkin.com may assign its rights and responsibilities under these Terms without notice to user. All items purchased through JamSkin.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to user on our delivery to our carrier.
6.2 If any part of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision most closely matching the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the Terms will continue in effect.
6.3 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between user and JamSkin.com with respect to the Site, Products and Service, and supersede all other communications, written or oral, with regard to that subject matter.
7. Price, Refund & Delivery
7.1 All price and charges are stated in USD (United State Dollar), all prices shown included the Shipping Charges from our supply hub to any destination around the world. The deliveries are handle by normal post service.
7.2 JamSkin.com is not responsible for any import tax or duty if occur in your country.
7.3 JamSkin.com do not responsible for any damages occurred while customer applying the skin. All refund on any factory defects will be issued with credit for next purchase.
